Structure

R&R Contracting combines immense experience in forest management labor with a formal business structure. This combination allows us to provide educational and planning support to clients while also maintaining the technical ability to get the job done. In order to complete jobs successfully and on time, R&R Contracting counts on 30 employees and a seasonal wildland firefighting workforce of 150 additional employees. R&R Contracting also counts on a vast network of connections with nurseries and consulting foresters for projects that require collaboration.

There is no project too large or too small for R&R Contracting.

Amador Rocha
President

Amador's experience in forestry dates back to 1989. He started R&R Contracting in 2000. Although he isn't in the field as often nowadays he is involved in every project by providing site visits, logistical support, expert advise, and customer service. Amador believes it is imperative to maintain an owner-operator structure and has a direct line of contact with clients and employees.

Marco Rocha-Ibarra
Head of Outreach

Marco's experience in forestry dates back to 2016. Marco graduated from Oregon State in 2021 with a BS in Forest Management. Marco is responsible for procurement and is the primary contact for clients. Marco is a Commercial Pesticide Applicator in Oregon. In the spring he is frequently found somewhere in the woods leading a spray crew.

Rogelio Ibarra
Reforestation Crew Leader

Rogelio's experience in forestry dates back to 2003. Rogelio started at R&R Contracting straight out of high school and has been a crew leader since 2010. His strong leadership skills and extensive experience have provided him with the tools necessary to lead reforestation crews through the toughest projects.

Cristobal Rocha
Spray Crew Leader

Cristobal's experience in forestry dates back to 2008. Cristobal has been involved with many habitat restoration projects across the Willamette Valley. Cristobal's attention to detail and herbicide safety enables him to be a successful crew leader for habitat restoration, site prep, and invasive species spraying. Cristobal is a Commercial Pesticide Applicator in Oregon.
